Tennis Season 2021 is Almost Here!!

Registration Opens April 1, 2021
Registration for the 2021 season opens on April 1, 2021. Please mark your calendar! Registration will be online only. Below are the membership rates for the 2021 season.

Money Saving Tip: Register and pay before April 30, 2021 for an early bird discount of $10.
Time Saving Tip: Given covid19 concerns along with variants, registrations or renewals are only possible online with a credit card payment.

FOB
Time Saving Tips:
If you renew after April 1st, pay online and have your FOB from last year, then your FOB will automatically be activated within 24 hours.
If you are a new member, pick up your FOB by appointment only from April 1 – 30th by contacting membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com , OR pick up the FOB from the court attendant at the club, from May 1st onwards.
If the email address for your account has changed, please contact membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com prior to renewing.
HEAD PRO FOR LESSONS, CLINICS AND CAMPS
Based on very positive feedback from members, Attila Nagy continues with us as our Head Pro for the 2021 season. Please note that arrangements for adult lessons, clinics, summer camp and junior lessons must be made directly with the club pro, Attila Nagy.

IMPORTANT NEWS
Following City of Mississauga rules, the courts at the Whiteoaks Park Tennis club will be available for play by 2020 members from March 15, 2021 until March 31, 2021. Your FOB will give you access to the courts.
When you go into your account, you will see that there has been a major update changing the overall look. It is easier, faster and device friendly. Please use the updated court reservation system to book your court.
If you renew your membership for 2021, then your FOB will automatically be activated and you will be able to continue to play from April 1st. If you do not renew your membership, then your FOB will be deactivated.
If you have lost your FOB, please contact membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com to acquire a replacement at $15/FOB.
Please note that because the pandemic continues and the water for the clubhouse has not yet been turned on by the City, the clubhouse will NOT be open to members during March and April. The club officially opens on May 1st.
The online booking system has been updated for the 2021 season. For the latest about the reservation system, further newsletters will be coming.
We anticipate more social events for the 2021 season! Round robins and the house league could return but with a new approach. These events will be dependent upon City of Mississauga guidelines and the state of the pandemic.
As the pandemic evolves and more people are vaccinated, changes to the club’s operations will happen. Stay tuned for updates!
