Our 2021 AGM is scheduled to run on Tuesday October 5th at 7:30 pm. More details will follow in the coming days.

The meeting agenda will consist of the following items:

  1. Approval of Minutes from 2020 AGM
  2. President’s report highlight
  3. Voting for the 2022 Executive Board.

 
2022 Executive Board
At the AGM, you will be voting for the next Executive Board for 2022. The board consists of 7 to 10 members and once voted in, will be responsible for the management of the club going forward. In addition to the usual positions, the club needs a volunteer with computer expertise. Since the club uses various technologies, it would be most helpful to have such a volunteer on the board.

The nomination form for the 2022 Executive Board is provided here. If you are interested in applying to be a member of the Board, please complete the form, obtain a nominee and seconder and submit the form by email to info@whiteoaksparktennis.com no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 30th, 2021. 

The AGM requires a quorum of at least 25 members.  It is our hope that you will take the time to join the meeting and vote on October 5th at 7:30 pm.
