Memberships at the Whiteoaks Park Tennis Club are renewable annually.

Membership fees include full use of the courts and clubhouse. No additional court fees are payable. However, program participants might pay an additional nominal amount per program.
Whiteoaks Park Tennis Club uses an online membership system, which is account based, using the concept of Primary and Secondary members. Our membership system allows you to register and pay online for membership as well as to purchase key fobs. At least one key fob per account must be purchased in order to get access to the courts and clubhouse. We strongly encourage all adult members to purchase an individual key fob. Key fobs can be purchased for a one-time fee of $20 per fob after you register for membership. Returning members who purchased a FOB last year will have their FOB activated after their membership has been renewed AND paid. New member’s membership includes the price of the new FOB.
Returning members may purchase additional Key Fobs after renewing their membership, by signing in again and clicking the “Purchase New FOB” button at the top right hand corner of the main page. We accept online credit card payments only.
After opening day key fobs can be picked up at the clubhouse at the times specified here.

“Adult” is 18 years of age or older as of January 1 of the current membership year.
“Junior” is 17 years of age or younger as of January 1 of the current membership year.
Two adults membership will make a couples membership
One or two adult membership plus one or more junior membership will make a family membership.
The Primary Adult member may include an additional Adult and unlimited Juniors (see prices above per Adult and per Junior) to their membership.
The membership fee is non-refundable.
Key Fob fee is non-refundable, but has a 3 months warranty against defects starting from the day of purchase. A defective Key Fob will be exchanged, if found defective within the 3 month warranty period.
If you were a member of the Whiteoaks Park Tennis Club click “Returning Members” button to login into your profile and renew your membership. Otherwise, click “New Members” button to register and create a new profile. A key FOB is included on the price of new member´s membership.
Important directions for returning Members
* If you are “renewing” and the email in your account has changed, please do NOT create a new account. You may login with the email that was used for your account to register. Contact membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com to change the email in your account.
* If your email has changed AND you “forgot” your password, please contact membership@whiteoaksparktennis.com . The new temporary password would be sent to the email in your account which you no longer use.
* If you renew, pay online and have a Key Fob from last year, then your Key Fob will automatically be activated within 48 hours.
Important directions for New Members
* If you are a new member, your membership price includes one FOB. When members pick up their key fob, they must to provide proof of identification such as a driver’s licence with home address. You may pick up the Key Fob from the membership director at the club, on Saturday March 22nd or April 12th from 11 am until 1 pm. OR , pick up the Key Fob from the court attendant at the club, from May 1st onwards.
